It simply takes a few minutes to buy a mattress, but it takes roughly 15-25 days to know if the mattress is really suitable for you. Because it takes 15 to 25 days to adjust to a new mattress, and only then will you know if the mattress is right for you. This is why Durfi mattresses come with a 30-night trial policy. Under this policy, you can buy any Durfi mattress and if, after using it for 25-30 days, you still find that it doesn't suit or adjust as you require, you can exchange the mattress for a new one.

30 Nights / 720 Hours Guarantee

Sleep is a necessary part of healthy life and for that people spend their time and money to buy a mattress that could provide quality sleep. However, it seems unjust that you choose a mattress in a store/online by only seeing/touching and feeling it for 5-10 minutes. At Durfi, with our 30-night policy, you get 30 nights / 720 hours to make a mattress decision, at your own home. This policy comes into action from the date of mattress delivery and you can return your Durfi mattress if you are not satisfied after the trial period.

Every individual needs a "Comfort - Adoption" period to adjust to a new mattress based on their sleep pattern. Therefore, we recommend that you sleep on your new Durfi mattress for at least 20-25 nights before deciding whether to keep or return it.

Terms to swap the Durfi mattress

We can swap the mattress from Orthopedic to Hybrid/Hybrid to Orthopedic, however, the customer must bear the model variation charges and logistical expenses on both sides.

Every mattress exchange under 30 nights of trial policy is subject to reverse logistics charges.
One side logistic charges

- for mattress size: 72/75/78x36x5, 6 and 8 Inch = ₹ 1500/-

- for mattress size: 72/75/78x60x5, 6 and 8 Inch = ₹ 2000/-

- for mattress size: 72/75/78x72x5, 6 and 8 Inch = ₹ 2500/-

Exceptions To Return Under 30 Nights Trial Offer

Durfi's 30-night trial period is designed to provide consumers with the opportunity to try out our mattress for 30 nights / 720 hours in the comfort of their own homes. In the unlikely event that the mattress is not suitable for you, we will gladly swap it for a new mattress.

Our customers' values are more important than business, and as a company, we hope that this offer is not abused by customers. We have found various exceptions to the Durfi 30 Nights Trial period offers, which are listed below.

Terms & Conditions For 30 Nights Trial

To avail this offer, the consumers are required to return the mattress in good condition. In case the mattress is physically damaged or inappropriately used, then the return request will not be approved.
During the inspection process, if the mattress is discovered to have major liquid spillage or stains, visibly clearly dirty or damaged. The return request will be declined.
Mattress return requests will be denied if the mattress is used on an uneven or unlevelled surface without an appropriate base.
Mattress return request will be denied if the mattress is evident / discovered to have been exposed to cold / mould / hot conditions for an extended period of time, causing the materials to be damaged / permanently deformed.
Mattress returns request will not be accepted if the consumer ordered the wrong/incorrect size mattress. Hence, we recommend the consumer to double-check the mattress size before placing an order.

The 30-night trial offer will be applicable from the day the mattress is delivered. In case, if the incorrect mattress model is delivered, the 30 Nights trial offer still will be calculated from the day the first mattress was delivered.
The 30 Nights trial offer is only applicable on standard size mattresses; i.e., 72/75/78x36x5, 6 and 8 Inch, 72/75/78x60x5, 6 and 8 Inch, 72/75/78x72x5, 6 and 8 Inch. This offer does not apply to non-standard (custom) size mattresses.
The Mattress Return on 30 Nights Trial offer will not be valid if the product falls under the Exception to return under 30 Nights Trial.
Durfi 30 Nights / 720 Hours Trial period applies only to the original authenticated purchaser of genuine Durfi Mattress purchased from www.durfi.com.
The Durfi 30 Nights Trial policy is limited to one return per household per year (365 Days).
As evidence of purchase, the consumers are suggested to save a copy of their original tax invoice. To request a return, the consumer will be required to submit the original invoice; without a valid invoice, Durfi Retail Pvt. Ltd / Durfi Mattress has the right to reject any claim made in connection with the 30 Nights Trial Offer.
Mattress return will only be accepted if the product meets the return criteria (Refer to return criteria under 30 nights Return Policy).
Durfi Mattress requires the consumer to share images of the mattress's six sides (top, bottom, and four sides) while opting for a return. If the consumer fails to provide proper vision photographs, the return request may be cancelled.
The Durfi Mattress return request must be made directly with Durfi Retail Pvt. Ltd / Durfi Mattress no later than the 31st day following the date of delivery of the mattress for which you want to return.
Mattress returns will be inspected and picked up within 2-3 weeks of the return request being submitted.
Durfi Retail Pvt. Ltd / Durfi Mattress reserves the right to refuse the 30 Nights Trial Offer to anyone associated with any mattress manufacturer/brand.
Durfi Retail Pvt. Ltd. / Durfi Mattress will make the final decision on Mattress Returns under the 30 Nights Trial offer. If a request claim does not meet the Terms and Conditions of the 30 Nights Trial Offer, the company reserves the right to decline it.
On every mattress return under 30 nights trial request reverse logistics charges are applicable for both sides. The logistic charges for mattress sizes (72/75/78x36x5, 6 and 8 Inch- Rs.1500/-, 72/75/78x60x5, 6 and 8 Inch- Rs.2000/- and 72/75/78x72x5, 6 and 8 Inch- Rs.2500/-).
Disputes, if any, are subject to Coimbatore jurisdiction only.
